What your company man, your safety team and your accounts payable team each get from working with Williams.
01 · Company man
Paperwork done before we leave location
Safety first. The crew completes a job safety analysis, checks permits and H2S monitors, and every crew member signs before work starts. You can see it on the tech's phone.
Sign on the spot. You sign the field ticket or test certificate on our tech's phone. It shows hours, equipment and materials, with before and after photos.
Not on location? The tech signs and notes why, and you get a link to approve it later, from your truck or your desk.
02 · Safety and supply chain
Our safety record, in one link
Safety packet on request. Injury rate, hours worked, crew training and certificates, insurance and written safety programs, in one dated link your safety team can review.
Numbers worked out, not typed in. The figures come from our crews' signed records, so they match what happened on your locations.
Trained crews. We track every crew member's safety cards, like H2S, SafeLand and CDL, and are warned before one runs out.
Coded your way. Your AFE, PO and line, cost center, GL code and legal location go on the invoice.
Backed by the signed ticket. Every invoice points to the field ticket your company man signed, so there's nothing to argue about.
Your billing system. Tell us how you take invoices, whether OpenInvoice, another portal or email, and we'll send them that way.
04 · Everyone
One private link for all your paperwork
Your own portal. Every ticket, test certificate, JSA, bid and invoice for your leases, searchable by lease and date. No login to remember; ask us for your link.
Check any record yourself. Scan the QR code on a tag or document, and your browser checks it hasn't been changed since it was signed, including by us.
